Great communication from the start to the finish. I didn’t ask for “Johnny on the spot” service but that’s what they delivered. The price for service was more than fair and I really appreciate the higher quality parts. A great local business I highly recommend.

My hand pump water spigot was leaking pretty bad. Willie came out the same day, put a cap on it. The next day they had it dug up and replaced.

When we arrived at our cabin, we found our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Within 45 minutes of our call, DR Plumbing arrived and within a couple of hours had installed our 75 gallon gas water heater! Friendly and professional to boot! This is a great company!

Recommend without reservation. Two days in a row I had Plumbing issues crop up and both times they were here within an hour or two and did the repairs efficiently.

Called at 1pm for a leak to be fixed in the crawl space from our main line. Tech called at 3:50 and he's 30 mins away. He arrived almost an hour later, pushing it to definitely be after hours. He spent about 10 mins moving his service truck to the perfect spot. He did have to remove a small panel of skirting because of access, but I ended up having to pay $300 out of pocket for him to fix a small valve that was leaking, a $22 part. I'm also out of the $100 service call fee from my home warranty

I was so happy with the above and beyond work Don did to fix an incorrect new washer/dryer installation. He made sure to come out on the same day that I spoke with him to get the problems solved. He identified the wired short problem that tripped a circuit breaker and solved a dryer vent exhaust and duct install problem. He went above and beyond to ensure the systems were working correctly and there weren’t any remaining hazards. I was very pleased with his professionalism, the work he completed
