I called them for a complete remodel on my home and did not get a call back. Called them back to find out why they did not call me and the call CENTER stated they made a mistake. They finally called me four days later and I told them what I needed. I also updated the rep I was getting four estimates and he stated he would pass. Wow this is going to be a $65,000 remodel and they pass. Very poor company to deal with. Thought you should know
