Excellent customer service.

Literally the most amazing community we have ever lived in. Very safe and quiet. 5 clubhouse, pools, Hot tubs, basketball courts, a lake with walking path, events, outings, trails, parks and sooooo much more. We previously lived in Vail which was great. But the Sahuarita community is even better. Our forever home is here

We just had our 1 year warranty Built to Last Inspection and I was very impressed. Carlos Martinez, our customer service manager, did a great job of walking through the home with me and making note of what items needed to be taken care of. And then promptly scheduled all the service people to come on the same day which made it much more convenient. He arranged for any items that needed to be followed up to be taken care of. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this co
