Very disappointing experience in Coralville, Iowa. Service was rushed, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. We left a personal gift with money, called back within minutes, and were told it was “not found” — no follow-up ever came. As a returning customer, this last visit was extremely discouraging.

Technician never showed up. There were never any calls or messages following up either. When you contact them it’s all AI or bots. Not professional. But judging by these reviews, maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Side note, as business owner ourselves, we understand that ghosting a customer is detrimental and should never be an issue.

Horrible service, price of parts and labor as good as buying a new equipment. Not worth even calling them as they charge over $150 just to come out and give information you already know.
