UPDATE: ALAS emailed on April 13, claiming our calls were ignored because they displayed on their phone as "promotional". They apologized and offered a full refund, to arrive in 5-7 business days (April 22). On April 29 we emailed that no refund arrived and were assured it was taken care of. The refund arrived May 1.
