We called Keystone to have them check out a structural issue involving a bowed wall and a brick column that holds up the second-story porch. Jeff arrived on time, was very friendly, and easy to talk to. He did a thorough inspection of the porch foundation, problem column, and surrounding areas to figure out potential causes. Jeff answered all questions clearly, and after evaluating the porch, was transparent that their foundation-stabilization services may not solve our second story porch column

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews on their website. I was asked to leave a review before they even started the work which should’ve been a red flag. The sales person gave me a good price and did the usual sales pitch which was perfectly fine. When the day came for them to actually complete the job they had to cancel because they “didn’t realize they needed a permit”. I find it hard to believe a company that does hundreds of these a week didn’t know they needed a certain permit to work in Mt.
