I contacted Aquaguard to look at a sagging floor issue that we were concerned about I fully expected an upsale on othe parts that were showing a little sag. The opposite happened. Tom the owner looked at the area we were concerned with and told us a simple an less costly fix. He did a walkthrough of the basement and gave us reassurance that everything he can see was in good condition. He filled us in on what happens with old houses, what to worry about and what not to.
