BUYER BEWARE! This company is a scam and untrustworthy! They are not listed at the location they say they are, and after 5 days of coming back and forth and taking $750 from their customer, did not even repair the boiler they promised they would.

BEWARE. SCAM. The guy scammed my dad out of $750 cash. During the recent snow storm, my dad's boiler stopped working. My dad called JR's plumbing and heating because he had a relatively good review reading and he was close by. The guy picked up the phone and said he's away on vacation and he's going to send one of his other guys to handle the job. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called and spoke with Frank, he said he will come to my place and to text my address. I texted and no reply, hours later I called and he said he never got my text and to text again.. which I did and still no reply. I tried calling to see what is going on and I was sent to voicemail. I had my roommate call and they left a message, no reply. Again this morning I called and straight to voicemail and no reply to another text.

They did a great job installing my water heaters with very reasonable price.

Not reliable. He came with his son and installed a toilet. That went fine, no issues. Prior to appt, i requested he also fix a broken gasket and sent pics of it. The day of install, he didn’t have time. I was frustrated but scheduled an appt the following week. Unfortunately i had to reschedule due to coming down with the flu.
