Everything when smoothly as expected. Great company to work with.

I was facing the coming of the New York major snow storm and frigid cold when the heat to my apartment broke down. I called Retro Heating and Air Conditioning Thursday at about 8:30 in the morning. The technicians arrived at 10:30 the same day. The heating coils were rotting away and had to be replaced. Friday morning, at 10:30, the technicians returned with the many parts that were needed, and 3 space heaters to warm my apartment. That was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. They worked fo

Had a technician Tom Hebrank come, diagnose the problem immediately, explain everything and take time to go into details. Then he had to go to get the part, came back fast and repaired the malfunctioning blower fan. Very satisfied with the service and company in general. Used them few times before and will do again. Highly recommended.
