Only gave a 1 because 0 isn't an option. This company does NOT stand by their "work." They are not a company of integrity. They will say there is a problem and that it will cost x amount of dollars but can't tell you what is wrong or what they will fix. They also give information on your report, that you never got, to other people. Had another company come out to check septic and surprise, there is nothing wrong with it.

Call for a septic pump and they came out same day.
