The company was very responsive. They clearly stated the solution to the problem, quoted and delivered on what they promised. The personnel who completed the job explained what they were going to do. When the job was completed they confirmed what was done. They cleaned up the area. Very reliable and competent. Would recommend them and would use them again if necessary.

Hate to change my review, but I cant leave them 5 stars after what's happened. At first, we were happy. Dalton did our plans, dealt with the county and we had a smooth install. Then, 3 months later, our septic system starts making a horrific screeching sound 24/7. We called everyone involved trying to get it fixed, had called Sanitary Septic's office 10+ times before actually reaching Dalton. I was then gaslit by Dalton saying I never called or reached out, and I do have the screenshots of all m
