They communicated clearly about what the job would entail, how long it would take, and kept us informed every step of the way. This was a huge job involving jackhammering and digging up a rotted pipe underneath a building, and they were still able to complete everything in just a day and a half. I’ve had mixed experiences with Joe’s Plumbing. One time, I had a great experience with them, but the other two times were terrible. They’re overpriced. For example, they charged me $225 to just tell me I needed a new water heater. I’d look at other plumbers who are more reasonably priced.

Highly recommend Joe's Family Plumbing who was recommended to me by a friend. I got an appointment right away and was kept informed when Connor was on his way. Connor was incredible. He was so knowledgeable, so friendly, honest and even allowed me to watch while he snaked and put a camera down the sewer pipe. He was able to fix my issue and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely use Joe's family plumbing again.
