Great guys to work with

I had a very bad experience with this company. Would highly recommend to avoid them. They are expensive and make up Stories to try to upsell you on things you don’t need. They came and “unclogged” my condensation pipe($700). When I checked on it less than an hour later, it was still clogged with the same issue. When I called back, they told me I would need to buy a pump to fix the issue($1300). Ended up just going with another company that cleaned out the pipe for less than half the price. Don’

Dylan Miranda from ACS was a life saver. He came the day we arrived back home from evacuating from Helene to a AC not on. It was 90 degrees inside, bridges to us were still closed, but Dylan was persistent and got here and quickly got our AC up and running. It was late and I'm sure he was exhausted from the long day but he was as polite, took his time explaining everything to us and didn't leave till he knew everything was up and running.
