Great homes great family they are the best.

Many flaws and is unwilling to repair.

Beautiful damn homes. Like any builder you will run into snags. How the builder deals with it is what matters. Bob and Justin are good at what they do and will make things right. The fit and finish off the homes is killer. Best in Havasu. I ran into a few snags but they were resolved. I would buy another Janecek home for sure.
