Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

If you buy a builtwell home make sure you read the CC&Rs very carefully. I bought a built well tiny home in Lake Havasu City. It closed in December 2020. Sam had the HOA fees at $100 per month which did not cover our expenses. Sam collected $9,000 in prepaid HOA fees. He spent that on basic expenses from December 2020 till July 2021 when he was the declarant. Then we got the biggest surprise. In fine print Sam was going to add Esperanza 2 to Esperanza HOA. Sam never disclosed that to me or most
