To be forced to pay a fee just to receive an estimate is unreal. Why is it called a free estimate then?!?! So I then asked to be transfered to the finance department for a better response. The call representative insisted on knowing what I needed. So I was clear. "I need a rough guesstimate of the cost for the install of a clean near the street and sewer line pulles to 100ft length! I need this to plan a budget so I can determine a complete number to apply for a loan/budget." It was that simpl

Zero stars. Charged my 80 year old mother $580 to fix her toilet…then $1280 to replace the toilet he just fixed that same day. Over $3600 total and wasn’t even there for 4 hours. All while her husband of 54 years was dying in the hospital, which the plumber knew about. Took advantage of a lonely old woman.

Needed service over the weekend before the work week started at a business. Called Saturday morning, scheduled for Sunday morning. The window passed so I called and followed up. They told me they were now not going to come out today. It took me calling to find this out. Spent 4 hours waiting around for them on my day off.

They were prompt, they explained everything, and have amazing follow up. You will be very happy!

We had a trenchless sewer line installed by Invisible Excavations in 2018. Recently we had an issue that required their hydro-jetting service. "Chase" did a great job for us. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and timely. Also, I.E. stood by their warranty. Very satisfied! Good job guys!
