Kamran was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We just purchased an older home and inherited some drainage issues. He took care of the problem areas and gave me some great pointers to prevent issues cropping up in the future.

Writing this review before Kamran has had a chance to fully pack up and leave! He was absolutely incredible to work with, he showed me exactly what was wrong with our plumbing previously and was very upfront about anything and everything. Price was half of what other estimates came in at and he was able to do everything same day. Kamran absolutely earned a long term customer and will be recommending Five Star to anyone in the area.

I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. Kamran is a gentleman who is personable, incredible at diagnosing a plumbing issue, and is an expert at fixing any problem. We've used his expertise a handful of times over the years and he's always quick to respond and make time for you. Most recently, he fixed three major leaks in a very integral pipe in our basement/ceiling. It was no easy task and was handled with detail and care. I really appreciate his communication and will always go back to him if something else comes up.
