Simple job of replacing shutoff valves under a kitchen sink with easy access. When I scheduled the appointment, I stated up front that this was the work I wanted performed. When they arrived, their focus was on upselling all sorts of additional work I did not ask for. After the upsell attempt, they did not have the parts for the job I initially requested when setting the appointment. (Nothing unusual about the sink plumbing that requires non-standard parts) They ended up charging me hourly rate

$770+ to reinstall a toilet after new flooring and to remount a small sink/cabinet. Did not walk to caulk the front of the toilet, then said he would but he only had white, not clear.
