We have been remodeling the main bathroom in our 100+ yr old home, and during the course of our work, our cast iron sewer line broke open. The GOAT was able to send a technician out the next day to assess the work and give an estimate. The following day, another technician arrived to complete the job. The damaged line was cut out and replaced within about 5 hours, and everything looked great. About a month later, we realized that the technician had accidentally cut into our sub pump drain line,
