Had a sudden water leak happen on New Year's Eve. I rang Jacques and he was out in no time to trace the problem and repair the leak. Jacques was very professional, answered all questions and did not leave until he completed the job. He is great and prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on his services again.

Jacques is a LIFESAVER!!! Our water heater sprung a leak and flooded our basement. There was no shut off valve installed from the previous owner so we had to turn off the water main to our entire house. I just called to get an appointment for plumbing in my home, the receptionist was rude. She did not announce the name of the company when she answered the phone. So, when I asked for her name when she became snappy at me, she hung the phone up on me. I would never recommend this company for anything. VERY RUDE
