ABC technician Cameron Kimble was dispatched to my house to fix two humidifiers. In minutes, he identified the problems and corrected the problem. I was pleased with ABC and their technician. Nothing was charged to me as I am part of their Ultimate Advantage club

Derick D. was out to do my air conditioning check-up. He was friendly, polite, worked well and made sure to clean up after he was finished. He explained what he did to complete the job and showed me and sent me pictures of what he did. He was very much customer service centered and was a pleasure to work with. On another note, he was great with my dog which is always a plus. Thanks Derick!!
