TERRIBLE. I will take this review down once I have someone actually tell me what is going on since the fireplace inspection I had done for my client. Everytime I call they say someone will get back to me. It has been a couple of days now and nothing. They keep just talking in circles on reasons why they can't send me a simple fireplace inspection report. Please give me the report as soon as you can. Should not be this difficult!!!!!!!
