I liked that they showed me photos and video of the chimney before and after. They got rid of a lot of creosote, fixed a small problem with the cylinder, and put on a better cap. Everything was made clear in the paperwork, and we're sure about the state.

The best decision we made this year was getting this chimney service. They caught a developing crack in the flue liner early, installed a new stainless section, sealed it perfectly, and did a full system cleaning. We avoided what could have been an expensive problem later. Very proactive and honest service.
