We had the company come out 3 times to repair our sprinkler system with specific knowledge that our lake intake pipe was likely the problem. The Hessenauer technician didn’t think so, and proceeded to make a $600 repair only to then realize it was the lake intake. Next they tried to find the lake piping and between 3 “experienced” techs couldn’t find it after 5 hours. This was another $750 with 0 result.
