Craig was pleasant and professional. Sent me an appointment reminder two days before the planned date. I had pop up heads along my median that weren't popping up. I tried everything I knew to do, but couldn't fix the problem. He arrived on time; knew exactly what the problem was in about 1 minute, and repaired it quickly. Checked out my whole system and made a few tweaks. Everything was in perfect running order when he left. Pricing was excellent. Will definitely use again.
