Had a kitchen sink leak reported by tenant on a Saturday. Called Heise and spoke with Mike at noon. By 1 pm, his crew were over fixing leak and replacing garbage disposal. Appreciated the quick response as it was a more urgent matter.
Eddy is an excellent technician. I appreciated his explanation of the repairs necessary for our appliances. An asset to the team!
