Recently had a sprinkler pipe repaired after calling weeks in advance, explaining in detail the scope of work needed. The technician was willing to only fix the burst pipe and the front desk/receptionist said there would be a charge to address the other issues (which was mentioned while making appointment) later. Due to the urgency at hand, agreed to move forward. During the repair, the technician promised to return the next morning to check the pipe and turn the waters back on but didn't show

Contacted them for getting a quote to repair some damaged underground piping and they said their schedule was full and didn't even propose when they would have time.
