While he was amazing to deal with opening our system, the winterazation of our system was a different story. I talked to him 3 weeks ago about getting our system shut down. Agreed on the following week to have it done. Never called. Talked to my father today and was VERY RUDE. Will no longer use them. I get times are busy shutting everyone down...but to tell a customer that you're not going to call his son to set up a time and you're too busy to come back to our neighborhood is horrible customer

Answered my call on a Saturday and gave me a ton of advice about installing a new system. He doesn’t install but gave me some suggestions about what he recommends from a repair persons perspective.
