Hawk Construction (HC) is fabulous. I used HC as my general contractor on my remodel of my historic home (built in 1904). From the initial consolidation, I knew Jim was the one I would go with due to his knowledge, thoroughness, and his written estimates. I had the wall between my kitchen and formal dining room totally removed, kitchen fully remodeled, addition of new half bathroom downstairs, full remodel of upstairs bathroom (additional square footage), and new flooring downstairs. While I can’t speak to their actual work, the bidding process was not encouraging. They were late for the appointment, rude, and stayed all of five minutes before declining the job and saying they could not start for nine months. I would look elsewhere.
