The level of service and quality of the work was sufficient. The problem is they charge double the going hourly rate for the work they do.. $150 / hour. The value they provide does not warrant the cost. I would strongly recommend you 1) find someone less expensive or 2) get them to quote the work by hour so you have comparison when getting bids.

Communication and work met expectations. Although we had a smaller job, Brandon and Nicole came right out to our property and took time to discuss what we needed. Both Brandon and Tom did a great job installing and cleaning up when they were finished. Before they left for the day, we requested an estimate for two other projects.
