Joe did a great job removing the roots from my sewer line. He initially tried to use a snake and cutter to remove the blockage. That did not resolve my issue, so he went back to the shop and got a hydro jet to clear the line. Joe gave me fair pricing for the job and did not add any upcharges for the Sunday service call. Thank you very much for your professionalism and prompt response to my concerns!
