Jep was phenomenal. He was the only drain specialist who was willing to come out same day in the evening to help me and my family out of a bind. Our floor drain in the basement was clogged and no one could use the bathroom or take a shower without it overflowing. Jep fixed the issue and advised on preventative measures to help ensure this doesn't happen again. Jep was also affordable. I would definitely recommend for any snaking needs!

He punched through some tree roots in the sewer, got the job done in about an hour. The sewer seems to be running freely again.
