We had a great experience with Dry Basement, not so much with a different company. Our home is 33 years old so we wanted a general inspection of the basement because we plan to stay in the home for awhile. One company told us we needed $57,0000 in repairs, Dry Basement's inspector Matt, said we needed no repairs at this time. Alex from Dry Basement did the annual inspection of our sump pumps. He explained several things to us and replaced two of the pumps. He also revised some piping and advised us on how the water is flowing out of the pumps. He was most helpful and knowledgeable, as well as courteous and neat. I have always felt that we get very good value for the money from Dry Basement, and Alex reinforced that again today. I highly recommend Dry Basement and Alex.
