Terrible service! Do not use this company for your service agreement. 5 weeks ago they serviced our generator under our service agreement. They stated they needed to order a part, which should take 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I called to inquire and they said it was “back ordered”. After 2 more weeks I called Generac directly, it turns out that they never ordered the part. Dishonest, poor service center. Go to Hiller, all of my neighbors get great service. That’s where I’m going.
