I should have called Todd 6 years ago. He was able to repair my broken log which was causing the fire to go out. Other repair folks just said I needed a whole new unit and left so we hadn’t used it in years. Also, he seems to do everything in his powers to keep costs low for the end consumer. I appreciate that in this day and age of upselling.

Todd is the absolute best when it comes to fixing gas fireplaces. His knowledge is amazing and he helps you to understand what the problem is. He has serviced my fireplace many times and in the beginning had to fix what others had done wrong. I highly recommend him.

Fortunately I had a same day service of our gas fireplace due to a schedule opening. Met with Todd, and he was professional and kind. He explained what he was doing in the repair of the fireplace and went above and beyond with numerous other repairs, including some paint touchups on scratches on the back panel of our fireplace. Couldn’t recommend gas express enough!
