Frank was very helpful and told me all of the problems with my fireplace. He was also very kind and knowledgeable! Very happy with his service 5/5 Stars! Would recommend.

Both Frank and JJ were great. They got my fireplace working again, cleaned it inside and out and I could tell they new what they were doing. They were fast and efficient and I am very satisfied. I will definitely be using Altitude fireplace in the future for service and or repair.

Frank was informative and helpful. He was able to get me in his schedule in a timely manner and answered all my questions and concerns. He provided an excellent service. My fireplace never looked so beautiful and worked so well. I definitely will be using them again.
