They were able to fix my fireplace that had not worked correctly since we bought the house almost 7 years ago. My wife was afraid to use it before because she was scared of what I had to do to start it. Now she walks over and flips the switch anytime she is chilled. Gas World made it work quickly and cleanly. They charged us less than what one of the other Fireplace Companies charged us the year before to do a cleaning.

We were in need of someone to service our gas furnace at work, along with a few other things. After leaving a message of our needs with the office I got a call back from Marc. They were booked for the week but told me he would give me a call to try and fit us in. I can't believe how amazing he was. I didn't make it easy for him to reach me but he kept trying. Apparently this company was started by a dedicated business person who started the company and was the REAL DEAL but upon their death, the company turned into something that is basically worthless. Family businesses can simply disappear when following generations fail to keep up standards that were established by the original generations. Actual Example..
