Moved 2 years ago from Colorado front range. Back there, nearly everybody has irrigation. I had done most of mine. The mukilteo house we bought had 2 working lines, out of 7 (but it was advertised as a working irrigation). I could only find 2 valves and was getting a notice from lynwood water service that we likely had a leak ( turned out to be 3 major ones).
