Had a brand-new garage door installed in 2017 by Freeport Garage Door. Very happy with the door. Issue is their service department. Garage door spring broke over the weekend, called Freeport on Sunday to have it repaired. Technician came over and tried to convince me that a new spring would cost $1,574 and an additional $275 for the labor. Didn't sound correct so I googled the spring..............$110 on Amazon :( Suppose to get a call back from Freeport Garage Door........nothing!
