During NYC's blizzard and arctic blast last month, a baseboard water pipe above our garage door burst. The door became encased in several inches of ice and buckled when we tried opening it. This was an emergency situation. NY Garage Doors responded immediately. I don't even know how he drove here considering how bad the roads were, but he did. We were sure we'd need a new door, but Edwin came the next day and was able to do a full repair. Highly recommend.
