Victor Estrada of Focus Plumbing was excellent technician. Victor flushed the tankless water heater, changed the filters on the reverse osmosis water system, serviced and the water softener unit in an efficient, professional manner. He also explained what he was doing as he went and answered every question. Great job. Highly recommend Focus Plumbing.

Had a water leak outside next to the home and Gustavo was able to identify the source asap. Second time Gustavo has been to the home to service the house on a different issue and he always does a great job

Charge is unreasonable. I was not being told that there will be a charge simply to take a look of the TPC valve leaking of my water heater tank. Then told me that there will be a Service Charge $65 + Diagnosis Charge $88 when I decide not to go for it. This is crazy.
