Since becoming a home owner, I chose Loyalty and I love them. I have used them on 3 plumbing problems so far and today was a surprise. Trey saved my day turning the water off at the street when no one else could and fixed the pipe outside. Thankful for him and will be calling him back for any other plumbing problems, sadly my old house has a lot. Trey was great.

About 8 months ago they installed our new water heater. 1st May, had "free" plumbing inspection and water heater drained. Stated 2 concerns, 2 different water shut-off valves under sink. One was leaking, the other was broke. Got a quote for $2400 to replace 7. I only needed 2. Came back later in the day, replaced 2 shut off valves. Technician was in my house less than an hour. They charged me $658.80 + $135 membership fee. I called for an invoice since one was not provided upon their departure,
