Terrible service! They pulled the plumber off of the job he was doing at my house to send him to another job. The plumber told me he was going to the plumbing supply store when in fact he was going to another job. I called after waiting 2 hours for him to return. I was told he wouldn’t be returning today and that I would have to reschedule the job. Mind you this is after they disassembled the shower valve and after I had paid for the repair. I got my money back but now I have 3 house guests com

I called on Monday for an appointment on Friday morning to fix the leaky pipe for the outgoing washing machine water. Well they screwed me over and are a no show, I should have been first on the list. Now I have a weeks worth of laundry that I still can not due. No such thing as customer service any more.

The same technician did repairs in my master & guest bathrooms earlier this year. This time, on 10/23/23, he repaired a leak in the main pipe (after the meter) to my home. Very minimal digging was needed. A coupling that was improper for such use was found and removed; two PVC pipes joined with an elbow was all that was needed. On both visits, he arrived at my home well within the estimated time frame, got right to work, and was courteous and professional throughout.

Was charged super overcharged for an Issue that had nothing to do with the real leak had to call another plumbing co who charged 1/2 as much and solved it Falcon p now Phishter or something g like it is not good

I was so grateful for the expertise and timeliness of the plumber and how he fixed the installation of my garbage disposal and adjacent pipes all of which had been installed improperly and had started to leak. The office staff was very professional and responsive. I was able to make an appointment and the plumber was on time. The cost was reasonable for today’s market. Highly recommend.
