While they did come out and fix the issue on Wednesday, they charged us a very steep fee of $1,200. Unfortunately, by Friday the toilet was clogged again. When we called them back, they said they would return to address the problem, but only if we paid for another service call. Most reputable companies stand behind their work with some type of warranty or guarantee, especially when the same issue returns within days. That was not our experience here. I called One Stop when I had an emergency this morning (smelled wires burning in our water heater) and they showed up within the hour to help and fix the issue. Kevin and Maikel were so kind, helpful, and professional. They not only did a good job, but also explained the problem and solution to me and my husband, ensuring we knew what was going on the entire time. Highly recommend.

I called one stop plumbing at about 8 pm when my water heater stop working. They responded within an hour. The guys that arrived went straight to work and within minutes they found the issue. They explained to me the issue and after agreeing to a price they got to work. They explained that it would take to at least till midnight. They got to work without taking a break and finished by 11 pm. All I can say is that they are very professional and knowledgeable. They have earned a customer for life.
