I felt what they charged me for a broken spring was a bit pricey. So i called multiple different companies, and sure enough, i got ripped off. I had one company give me a lifetime warranty for under $500. I had to pay $79 for a 3 year warranty that was originally offered to me.I feel like a fool for rushing to get this fixed and not actually doing some research myself.

STAY AWAY!!!! Technician comes out and needed a battery for his stud finder (Strike one). I provided the battery. Technician couldn't find the stud so he made a mess of my ceiling (Strike two). My garage was already prewired for an automatic door opener but the Technician didn't check and had wires all over the place (Strike three). I instructed him to take it down, so he did and now there are holes in my wall and ceiling. I reached out to the company multiple times for 2 weeks and didn't receiv
