We liked our new front windows until we noticed that at sunset, in particular, there were cloudy areas at the bottoms of each window. We tried to rub them out to no avail. We were told that when the factory stickers were removed, Energy Shield's staff had not cleaned them before or after installing them...and that we could try harder to rub them out. In addition, their installers cut up (gouged) our outer frames in a number of places with a razor blade while installing our windows. They decide

Ordered new windows and sliding glass doors for my home. Price was fair, quality is great, the installation team was professional. A 9' and 6' sliding glass door, and six other windows were installed in one day. They took great care to clean up everything as they went. The removal and installation was so surgical we have no repairs, and minimal touch up painting. I would certainly use them again, and definitely recommend Energy Shield for your window needs! So far my experience with Energy Shied Window & Door Company has been a positive one. We have only been through sales and measure, both Jeff and Juan were professional and knowledgeable. Jeff was genuinely helpful regarding some questions I had about a potential door replacement. He listened to our needs and provided exactly what we were looking for. Bad customer service

This is not a valid complaint. customer does not exist in our system and does not have an order with Energy Shield

The Energy Shield installation crew did a great job. The install process was smooth and the quality of the install is evident. We are very happy with our windows. We are expecting that the windows will help a lot during the hot months but I am surprised that our house is more comfortable even now (February). The furnace rarely comes on. Highly recommend Energy Shield.
