Great job My unit is working great now and my thermostat is finally communicating to the board so no complaints very communicative and professional responses to the work at hand, couldn’t ask for better help out of Keith McCarthy and Malik Smith! Wow!! All these great reviews except a couple. Not from me though. I called for service thursday May 21 around 11am to replace the hot water shutoff valve to the dishwasher. Had appt. 12-4 that day. My daughter owns the property and she gave consent as I reside at the property and responsible for repairs. I kept checking all afternoon with AI Ted and was assured I was next in line. At 5 I texted and called and went ahead and scheduled for friday 12-4. Friday I received message around 10:3

We had two replacement toilets installed. DeLonn did a great job in a timely manner. We were happy to have this completed the day we called. DeLonn was very professional and friendly. He also did a great job of cleanup afterwards. We are very happy with the results.
