Zaine came in and introduced himself to us and explained every step he was going to checking, walked me through it all and to find out that the air conditioner that was put in 3 years ago was done incorrectly and then he explained all the next steps and by then I already trusted him. He will be back to fix our issues due to needing a lot of repairs to get it working for us. He is an old soul in a young body which I love that! Will have him(Zaine) and Apex back always.
