What kind of “Thumbtack-ish” establishment is this? To make an appointment, we had to pay $99 over the phone. We thought this was a legit office. Its a guy that sends out business to a young hispanic person no business representation. (Is he licensed?) Our appointment was to be between 12-3. 3 pm comes, the guy calls and says he will come between 5-6. 6pm comes, the guy calls and says he will be here in 30 mi 7:30pm, its dark, the guy brings a friend with him ,but he shows, even if its dark. W

Sold me the yearly 149 membership and then quoted me an outrageous price. Also, the five star reviews just seem fishy and I am inclined to thing that they create profiles and write reviews for themselves. Also, the business address is down my street at a condo building. PLEASE AVOID!

Everything about my experience was great!! The tech came over the same day I called. Very professional and walked me through everything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat
