Working with Energy Matters was a fantastic experience from start to end and I could not recommend them highly enough! We had 7 or 8 different vendors come to do onsite visits and provide quotes but Energy Matters really did things differently. Not only did they take the time to map our whole house and really explain what needed to happen, but their communication and flexibility was fantastic. Their quote was more comprehensive than all of the big HVAC vendors in town and the price came in less

We love the Energy Matters team. Extremely professional and easy to work with. Justin, Matt and Mara are all lovely. We had to replace two HVAC systems and two water heaters within 6 months due to life of the systems, and they were super attentive and reasonable.

Charged $125 to have a couple of simple questions answered for a first-time home owner that probably could have been answered over the phone. They were supposed to provide a quote for a humidifier install, and then no one ever followed up, even months later. Do not recommend.
